Managing your subscription
Calypto for Business subscriptions are billed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your plan:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select Calypto
Or go directly to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Cancelling your free trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before your 14-day trial ends to avoid being charged.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
Open the App, go to Settings → Delete Account.
Cancel your subscription through Apple first — deleting your account does not stop billing.
Common questions
Is the music actually licensed for my business?
Yes. Calypto owns 100% of the recordings and compositions in our catalog. We’re not affiliated with any performing rights organization, so playing Calypto in your venue requires no ASCAP, BMI, PRS, or STIM license. Your subscription is your license. Details in our Terms of Use.
Can I use Calypto at more than one location?
Each subscription covers one location. For multiple sites or chains, email calyptoai@gmail.com about an enterprise plan.
Can I use Calypto music in videos or social posts?
No. Your license covers playing music in your venue only. It does not cover synchronizing music with video or any other media. Contact us if you need sync rights.
The music stopped playing.
Check that your device isn’t locked into Low Power Mode, that Calypto has background audio permission, and that you have a stable connection. Still stuck? Email us.
Can I play Calypto through my existing sound system?
Yes — connect via AirPlay, Bluetooth, or a wired output like any other audio app.
